I can’t believe I’ve never thought of doing that before!

There are painted hydrangea glasses that wine await

I cannot almost smell the flowers. Thanks for the breath of spring this morning.

  2. It has been such a warm winter, spring will be early, I bet.

  3. I’ll take an early spring if you are handing them out!

Jenna, I always love your rhymes, just another of your many talents! Spring is definitely on the way and your lovely table and painting on the door remind us. I am crazy for the MC bucket that your son gave to you! I imagine it will have flowers filling it all spring! Thanks for sharing a breath of spring on this Thursday morning. My daffodils are putting on a show!

  5. Love the back door paintint!

What a charming table! I do love those soft colors of pink and turquoise in particular. It’s hard to wait until spring, but I’m trying to be patient. Spring does, after all, bring summer, and that oppressive heat can often get me down. I try to enjoy each season as it comes, but I must admit that I keep looking out the window to see if my chives have started to come up.

  7. Barbara at Mantel and Table says:

SO lovely Jenna! Your table is truly a breath a fresh air, and your home looks even more beautiful than ever! LOVE that shot of your tall leaded windows, and your wonderful paintings on the walls (and door!) The MC centerpiece tray is just darling. Thanks for the dose of spring this morning!

  8. Rita C. says:

It’s definitely coming, and I love your inspirational table, decor and poetry! We have daffodils in various stages of bud and bloom throughout the neighborhood. I’m still waiting on mine, but enjoying the pansies.

  9. Jenna, your spring tablescape is delightfully, charming and I do think we will have an early spring!!! Your decor should usher it in!!!

  10. Kari says:

Jenna I love your prose and your Springtime table. I especially love the MC duck or should I say goose. My first look, I thought it was a duck. I should know better as I raised both on our ranch in NM. I can’t grow daffodils down here but we do have hibiscus with blooms the size of dinner plates. I have to admit I love those large blooms that last but a day. Our weather has been rather cool in the mornings (50’s) but warms up nicely to the 70’s during the day.

Jenna, this is so delightful. Love, love, love Little Miss Fancy! You are so very talented.

I love your playful poetry–perfect for spring. You didn’t call out the picture on the side wall, the vase of flowers, but it is so lovely and goes with your tablescape perfectly.

  13. Nancy says:

A taste of spring has come to you!
I do love your rhyming posts. They spread cheer!
The painting on the door is beautiful and I am glad it is there.
Your spring table is darling. The MC bucket is a lovely addition. And I am so happy the goose came out to play.
    Happy Thursday!

Oh Jenna, this is just so cute and what a wonderful way to welcome spring! The MKC vase is beautiful filled with flowers and the goose and the egg are just adorable. The blue, aqua, and pink plate stack is hinting at the coming Easter with perfect colors. I love your paintings in the background too! Did you paint those wine glasses – they are so pretty. Happy almost spring to you!

Thanks, Jenna, I so needed this! The colors in the whole post are beautiful and soothing. And I love that goose! The painting on the door was a hit with me. Thank you for reminding us that the “good stuff” is ahead. You’re a pal! Georgia Gal

Such a pretty table and love the painting on the back of your door! I am ready for Spring as well! I was in Michael’s Craft store yesterday (Do you have a Michael’s?) and they had some pretty Spring displays… a glass birdhouse caught my eye. May have to go back and buy it! 💐

    • Thanks so much Jill! Yes, we have Michael’s, and I love Hobby Lobby~I try to stay away from these stores, so many temptations- they are dangerous places for me, ha ha! The glass bird house sounds cool, would you paint it?

  19. Mary says:

Such a cheery table Jenna! Love the pastels mixed with the black and white checks at your table. I know you’ll get a lot of use out of your MKC flower bucket. It’s going to feel like spring here this week. ♥
