a little early since this is a busy week
with Thanksgiving in the USA
December is arriving on Sunday,
and Christmas is definitely on my mind!

The theme/flavor of the month for December is
Festive Holiday

Here’s what I made from the November Paint Bucket
The flavor/theme of the month was Fall Flavors
I deviated away from my list a lot, but that’s okay,
the list is just for inspiration, it’s not a to do list
I shared 10 of my favorite appetizers
Appetizers for Thanksgiving and Christmas

Pumpkin Soup with Apples & Bacon
I made 3 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins from
are delicious sweet muffins and bake up like magic!
Winter Roasted Grape Salad is wonderful for cold weather days,
warm grapes are paired with lettuce,
pine nuts and Asiago cheese
and tossed with Maple Mustard Vinaigrette
Chicken Under the Stars is kind of like a sophisticated version
of chicken pot pie and the puff pastry stars
make it look holiday festive
Asian Chicken Bowl is a nice change from holiday food
Grilled teriyaki chicken is served with rice,
green beans and pineapple
for a flavorful dinner in a bowl

and they all will be great for Christmas too

Good morning, Jenna! These recipes all look so yummy. The pumpkin soup sounds delicious. It was 29 when I woke up this morning. We had an our first freeze of the season, and today would be a good day for soup. I hope you have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

I can’t believe we turn the calendar page shortly after Thanksgiving, there is a lightning strike, and we are in December! The list of possible dishes for December reminds me of being in a good restaurant, perusing the menu, only to come up with “Yes! one of each please!”

I can’t believe it is almost December! I always love holiday baking. I am going to save this so I can come back to these recipes. I just had my kitchen cabinets painted so I am excited to do some cooking in my fresh new kitchen haha. Thanks for sharing!
