Winter Decorating, Tablescapes & Winter Treats

Happy New Year!!

We went to the beach house for a few days

between Christmas and New Year’s

We enjoyed some summer like days

with sunny sparkling water and temps in the low 70s

and beautiful sunsets!

We’re going back to the “city” today,

and are going to be in for a shock as the temps

are supposed to dip into the low 20s next week!

It’s time to transition from Christmas to Winter

I like to look back at my tablescapes for ideas and inspirations

for how I can use what I have and come up with new looks~

Winter Sparkle features silver ornaments and silver and white trees

These will be perfect for the mantel to transition to winter

after I put away the striped ornaments and silver packages

Themed tiered trays make a great decorations

and they’re fun to put together

You can see this one and more winter vignettes

in Winter Wonderland

I need to hang my Snowy Winter Wreath on the front door

You can brighten things up with an unexpected pop of color~

The best part of winter to me is fresh citrus,

especially big juicy grapefruit

Winter Grapefruit

Or a Citrus Explosion!

I love to decorate for January with snowflakes and snowmen

Ice Skating Snowmen

Snowmen and Scarves

Snow Day

If you need a gift,

make a Winter Gift Basket and fill it with cocoa mix

and other winter treats

Enjoy a snowy winter dessert with

Snow Capped Cookie Parfaits

Or a Coconut Rum Snowball

❄️ Happy January! ❄️

I love to look back too, Jenna. Your Christmas break looked heavenly, but I loce your winter whites and citrus looks. Bundle up!

  2. It’s all beautiful, especially the water scenes!

  3. You picked a gorgeous week to be at the beach. And now, for some cold weather! (but first, the last of the tinsel and trim must be wrangled and stored away). Sigh. Creativity never ends.

The beach looks wonderful for this time of year! The citrus table is so appealing, Jenna! Safe travels!!

Your winter tablescapes are lovely. Good luck with the temperature changes. When it drops even 10 degrees from day to day, I rebel!

  6. Simply a wonderful way to celebrate – beach weather!

So many gorgeous tables and pretty vignettes here Jenna and there is certainly no shortage of inspiration for winter decorating. I think the silver and white trees will look fabulous on your mantel and the winter wreath will be so cute on the front door. Love the tiered tray. Glad you and your family got to enjoy some summer days before winter truly sets in. Happy New year to you!
