Holidays, Spooky Scarecrows & Happy Halloween!

This is what my pumpkin carvers are waking up to this morning!
A “haunted” kitchen~
Some spooky jack o’lanterns and scary signs but a sweet treat box full of Halloween goodies is a great way to start the day!
Now for some Adult fun!!
The “SKHAIR BAND” welcomes you to the annual Scarecrow Festival in Orange Beach
There are lots of creepy characters on display
This poor fisherman had a bad day
“Crowbi Wan Kenobi” and his arms of hay
Proudly lines up his crows for display
The Justice of the “Piece” enforces the law with her long sharp knife
This poor, pillaging pirate, has lost his life!
The Orange Beach crew keeps things “sparkling” clean
A “bowl” of silver glitter for Halloween!
Tin man wears his heart proudly and stands
Next to Miss Priss with the pink gloved hands
Miss “Flora Bama” and baby “broom” wear flowers in their “hair”
They stand next to Where’s Waldo, can you spot him, over there–
Look, here’s Mr. Mardi Gras~ You can bet your beads he broke the law!
And it can’t be Halloween, without a chain saw!
Of course I’ve saved the best for last
In the ring of fire, stands Johnny Cash!!
As the sun goes down and the night draws near, there is sure to be much more to fear!
Have a safe and happy Halloween!!

I love the ‘eat locals’ sign-hilarious! Happy Halloween Jenna, have a great day… and night:@)
Love the scary-crow display Jenna, what creativity! I think Miss Flora Bama is my favorite. Your grands must love all your witchy displays! I saw that Eat Locals sign at Target and thought it was a hoot! Wishing you and your little pumpkin carvers a Happy Halloween )
I loved this. I wasn’t able to go to any fall or a Halloween festivals this year. I let time slip by…sigh.
Aren’t you sweet! I am surprised though, you post about so many fun excursions you take! Happy Halloween!!
This makes me really miss having kids at home. Savor it!! Looks like it was a great time… 🙂
Looks like things are always fun at the Painted Apron!
I had no idea that was going on down there, it sounds like that would have been fun to check out. At least you shared it here so I got a glimpse! 🙂
