Take-out Tuesday, Citrus Salad with Creamy Orange Vinaigrette

Here’s a wonderful winter salad to make your mouth, & your body, happy  😊

Kale, spinach, citrus and a creamy orange vinaigrette

The vinaigrette  turns creamy with the addition of 1 T sour cream or Greek yogurt

Mix all the other ingredients in a jar first, then add the sour cream or yogurt

Simple magic!

Massage the kale by gently squeezing it with your hands, removing any stems, and give the leaves a rough chop

I used equal parts kale and torn spinach leaves, blood oranges, navel oranges, and grapefruit sections

Guaranteed to brighten your day!

Love the dressing and citrus combo Jenna! I keep trying to convince myself I like kale in salads. I need to look for Tuscan kale and see if I find it more palatable 🙂
