Tablescapes, Flower Market

Welcome to a designer inspired flower “market”
Some of my favorite designers “sparked” it
I have long loved the designs by MacKenzie-Childs and Mary Englebreit
They have brought me many hours of painting delight
I was so excited to hear of a Spring Sale
From my friends with the totes and the travels they “tale”
Come on in and hang your hat on a chair
This “market” is bursting with blooms everywhere!
I purchased a chick with a crown and an egg covered in checks
She inspired this table and a big “M” project
“Princess Chick” was excited to be met by Little Miss Fancy
Happily quacking and chirping, as you can see
Together, they worked to cover the tiered stand with blooms
They piled alstomeria, roses, ranunculus until there was no more room!
A colorful display to brighten your day!
Thank you Sarah, Emily, Patti, Deb, Linda G, Rita, Melissa, Linda P, all the tote gals for the traveling tote fun and MacKenzie-Childs love!!
Juicy Details
Little Miss Fancy was inspired by MacKenzie-Childs cute patterned animals
These Rose Glasses were created with the beautiful patterns and golds on MacKenzie-Childs glassware in mind
Chevron Painted Wine Cooler sports the famous black and white checks, along with bright pink stripes and orange dots
Chalk paint gave these tarnished silver candlesticks a new life, you can see the tutorial for Painting Silver here
Magnolia & Cotton Wreath tutorial here
The flower market centerpiece was created by placing a Courtly Check 3 Tier Stand on top of a Courtly Check Fluted Cake Stand
Tomorrow I will share an easy tutorial for making the colorful “M”
fluted luncheon plates/Mud Pie, several years ago
Thanks so much for visiting the “flower market” today!
Psst, the sale continues at MacKenzie Childs and they are bringing back a discontinued pattern until May 14 only, so hurry over and take a peek…

Stunning!!
Jenna, I have always loved MC, even thought I don’t own a single piece! How did that happen? I have admired every detail this morning and there is so much inspiration that you have included. The table is absolutely stunning and you make MC proud! Happy Thursday!
Thanks Pam, you must remedy this, you would love the whimsical and colorful MC pieces, they are truly special!
Drop dead gorgeously creative, Jenna! I love it all!
Thank you Rita!
Two of my favorites and I love what you did with these special pieces of art. I also love your wreath and it has inspired me to get busy on my new one. I always look forward to coming to your site and being inspired! Thanks so much and you have a great week!
Miz Helen
Thanks Miz Helen, same to you~
I have a box full of old editions of Mary Englebreit magazines and still love to sit and look through them. Your table is like her style – ultimate charm with a bit of funk! Any kind of food would taste better at this table!
Such a pretty table! That duck and chick are just so cute. Pretty plates too.
Wonderful tablescape. I LOVE MacKenzie-Childs. I’m now always adding a touch of black & white to everything I make.
Totally enchanted! What a glorious table. It’s just so HAPPY!
How beautiful and whimsical your tablescape is. I love your goose! The centerpiece is stunning. You have created such an exquisite tabelscape. I enjoyed looking at each and every item over and over again!

I adore your MC pieces and the beautiful display of flowers! Your table looks so “springy” and inviting. Love how you painted all of your accessory pieces, especially the stemware! My chick has artificial succulents in the egg!
Jenna, Your colors and flowers are gorgeous! Your artist’s eye is so evident in the tables and flower arrangements you create. Just beautiful — I would love to sit here with you. Linda
Thanks Linda, I would love to have you! >
Jenna, such a lovely display of flowers and MacKenzie Childs, your delightful painting and Mary Englebreit. You really have the artist touch for pulling everything together, perfection. I ordered the chick too along with some other pieces. I am in FL so hope to do a vignette when I return home. Bookmarking this post! Have a great weekend……..
Thanks Emily, I was pacing the floor waiting for the postman to arrive! My chick arrived a day early so I had just enough time to put this table together before hitting the road again…I hope you are enjoying FL, it’s very breezy in OB 💨 >
Wow what a fun table! The flowers look beautiful laid out that way and the three tier tray from MC is a beauty! I got the little chick too- it’s so adorable! Love how you do the hand painted items too!
Thank you Liz! I almost bought the chick full price several months ago, but when it went on sale I had to scoop it up! So cute! >
Your sense of fun is all over this table! Great job on the flower arrangement, too.
Your MC pieces are stunning and your flowers ooh la la!! The scalloped three tier tray is exquisite all by itself but your flowers add that touch I love. I like how you mixed patterns and designers in this vignette. Just lovely.
Thank you Bonnie, my husband surprised me with the tiered tray and cake stand a couple of years ago for Christmas and I was overwhelmed! I do love them and use them all the time, but they usually hang out front and center in the foyer. It was so much fun to shower them with flowers 🙂 >
Jenna, I am slow to get here. Still busy with Mom and Dad. Love this tablescape and your flower centerpiece. We are all spooning over your beautiful centerpiece. The tiered tray and cake stand are gorgeous. I see the sweet little chick. i also received mine. Happy Saturday.
Thank you Linda, I know you have your hands full, prayers~ >
