Recipe Box, Fresh Strawberry Dressing

This is touted as the best strawberry dressing ever
And it couldn’t be easier
4 ingredients
A quick puree
Voilà!
Fresh Strawberry Dressing!
This recipe is from Cooktoria, and Tania swears that it is so good that you will be eating it by the spoonful!
I served it with a fresh spinach salad topped with chopped apples, strawberries & pears. I also added pecans for crunch and some crumbled bleu cheese to cut the sweetness
I was afraid it was going to be too sweet, but HH & I both loved it!
It’s so pretty too!
Now I’m not sure we will be eating it by the spoonful, but I will confess I tasted it quite a few times after I made it…
You know just to make sure it tastes right…😋
Thank you Tania for my new favorite seasonal dressing!

I am planning a trip to my local farm for fresh strawberries today. They pick or you pick…I think I will let them pick! This dressing sounds wonderful and I have everything on hand to make it. Happy Thursday, Jenna!

I’m thinking…add some grilled chicken on top of the salad and dinner is served! Sounds yumalicious! Thank-you!

You bet your sweet bippy I’ll be making this…if strawberry prices ever come back down! Good grief, they’ve gotten out of control!
I love strawberries, and this dressing only calls for 4, too bad you can’t buy them individually 🤣

I hope you love it Cyndi
I eat a salad every single day for lunch, Jenna, and put strawberries on it, along with many other ingredients, and my homemade dressing. This would be a fun one to try, and would be nice for a ladies luncheon, too.
Yes, and guys like it too!
