Jenna, I enjoyed all the April recipes that you shared. Thre triple lemon blueberry bunds sounds delicious! Happy Sunday!
Thanks Pam, that will be coming up on Tuesday!
I love Mexican food, and it is much better when the fat is reduced. Nice roundup of recipes!
Me too, I am going to see what I can do to make them less guilty!
How can you out do yourself for May…can’t wait to see what you come up with.
Thanks Sharon!
Such a great collection of recipes and I do love the lighter versions. Love the Maypole, just beautiful! Happy Sunday…….
Thanks Emily, I am looking forward to lightening up some favorites!
Oh Jenna…. that warm figgy blue dip sounds so darn good. Have a great week!
I always enjoy seeing what you cook up for each month! A delight to my eyes! 😊💕👍
There’s always something happening in our kitchen, HH love to cook too so it can be a busy place!
I am so glad that I looked at your blog today. I was just looking at a package of asparagus in the fridge, wondering how much longer it would last. Then I saw your asparagus spaghetti pie. How interesting! I love both, so I’m going to give it a try.
Oh good! I think you’ll love it!
Everything looks delicious Jenna! I’m with Pam on the Triple Lemon Blueberry Bundt. Happy Monday. ♥
I’ll have a pulled pork Quesadilla please! Sounds like you’ll be eating well this month Jenna-enjoy the nicer weather:@)
May will be a delicious and healthier month for sure! We love Mexican food. I love your little maypole centerpiece. It’s adorable!

Thanks RJ, we eat Mexican at least once a week 🙂
I have both the pie and bagels printed out to make soon. They look so good!
