a little traveling by cuisine!

Asparagus, Mushroom & Artichoke Aoili Pizza

I shared a long time favorite, Asian Salad with Sesame Peanut Dressing inspired by Thai Peanut Salad from Seeking Good Eats

HHjr shared his recipe for Florentine Gnoochi with Mushrooms and Pancetta

We also enjoyed some Tex-Mex style Zucchini Boats,

full of sausage, black beans and corn

and I reshared 3 other stuffed zucchini recipes too

White Chocolate Sugared Lemon Bundt Cake, original recipe was renamed to Snownut Cake because it looks exactly like a big powdered sugar donut!

Snownut Cake

I didn’t make Monte Cristo Crepes from Taste and Tell but I sure enjoyed HHjr’s Japanese style pancakes, such a stunning presentation!

  1. Jenna, the pancake pillows are calling my name this morning. Who does not like bacon, it flavors so many wonderful dishes. The 7-up biscuits sound so interesting. It is a rainy and gray Sunday morning, but we have so much to be thankful for! Blessings ~
