You have me at bacon jam! I haven’t had or made them in a long while. These rolls look wonderfully delicious and full of great flavours.
Thank you Angie, I love bacon jam on burgers too, good stuff!
These look wonderful. I could see them either way — as the appetizer or side dish. I didn’t know they made bacon jam — I need to find that!
It’s easy to make too Jeanie, if you can’t find it in a jar. Its good on so many things, sandwiches, burgers, or stirred into scrambled eggs…
I’m pretty sure I need these in my life – yum!
ha ha, thanks Martha!
This is great! My brother makes bourbon bacon jam so I have a ready supply! We love asparagus, so these are perfect. Thanks.
Lucky you!!
People love these little crescent rolls! So many possibilities.
I know as such an accomplished cook as yourself, you’re probably not a fan of refrigerated canned dough, but I love to have it on hand for fast and easy recipes, I even use it as a base for bar cookies, it’s handy stuff!
Whenever I’ve had something made with these canned crescents, they have been delicious. I don’t use it myself, but I do use pre-made puff pastry and that is a quick cheat as well! I figure if I’m going to use a pre-made dough with white flour carbs, I’ll go with the puff every time!
I love to use frozen puff pastry too, handy and delicious!
Jenna, I didn’t know that Stonewall Kitchen had bacon jam. I am going to have to try it. That sounds yummy, and your rolls look scrumptious. I agree these would be great to serve at a party. I always look forward to all of the yummy recipes that you share. I think you need to write a cookbook! Wishing you a most beautiful day!
Thanks so much Shannon!
Wow! These look yummy! I like the idea of bacon jam… I am also a big fan of asparagus! I was wondering how it would be without the cheese? I can’t have dairy. Or perhaps I can substitute a plant based cheese. Any suggestions? Thanks Jenna! ❤️
I think they’d be great without the cheese! Thanks Jill~
These are a perfect appetizer. Thank you Jenna, for sharing!
fast and easy!
These look so delicious, and perfect finger food, too! Thanks for sharing the recipe, Jenna. We love asparagus!
Me too, it’s probably my favorite vegetable!
Yum!! I will have to try these. Thanks, Jenna.
Thanks Patty Anne, a fast and easy recipe for sure!
