Happy June, and Happy Summer!
When I see recipes that I would like to try,
I pin them to organized Pinterest boards
according to type, occasion or time of year
Then I choose from those recipes
and make a list for quick reference throughout the month
Since June is traditionally the month of weddings,
and there are so many light color foods on this list
I am choosing a color for this month’s theme/flavor of the month,
Wedding White-Light Colored Foods
You can see photos and links to these recipes in the June section
of the Monthly Pinterest board here

Do you make a weekly menu plan and stick to it?
I really enjoy making this monthly recipe bucket list,
it really saves time each week when we’re planning the meals,
but the secret is to stay flexible~
life happens, things get busy, or maybe you’re just tired…
It’s okay to take a short cut or two!

I love to use Pinterest to organize the recipes too! That’s probably the only social media that I use frequently. I still remember those bacon bites from a couple of posts before…so yummy!
Pinterest is so handy! Thank you Angie!
Jenna, there are so many yummy looking recipes on your June list. I can’t wait to see what all you will make. I’m still wanting to make your grilled orange chicken thighs from May’s recipes. We have had so much rain that we haven’t been able to grill outdoors. As soon as we have a pretty day, that chicken recipe is definitely on my list of things to make! Happy June!
Thanks so much Shannon, I wish I had the time and energy to make everything on the monthly lists! I hope you do try the orange chicken thighs, they are really good!
Jenna, the June list looks great! We love grits so I will be looking for the hissy fit grits casserole. We also are big fans of coconut, I make a coconut sheet cake but I will look forward to yours. We are getting a sprinkle of rain this morning, hopefully it will pick up. My garden is thirsty! Happy Wednesday!
I definitely want to make the coconut cake asap!
A good way to organize those bookmarks!
Thank you Dorothy!
I think I’ll be making some of these for our Corkies. Everything looks terrific and like Pam, grits are a fave and hissy fit grits has me with its name! Love the paintings with this one, too!
Thanks so much Jeanie! I’m so glad you will be gathering with the Corkies again!
So much good stuff! I use Pinterest for all my recipe searching for menu plans, holidays, and game day goodies.
Thanks Martha, Pinterest is such a great way to organize thoughts and ideas!
Always fun to see what’s cooking and being painted here, Jenna.
Thank you Rita!
I’ll take a slice of coconut sheet cake please:@) Happy June!
Me too, I really want to make that!
Bacon Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls and Hissy Fit Grits Casserole caught my fancy. Quite the list!
Thanks Linda!
Everything looks delicious! I saw and Pinned the Jarcuteries too, so fun!
Don’t you love the word Jarcuterie 🙂
