Recipe Box, Peach Naan with Prosciutto, Burrata and Basil

How about a gourmet pizza,

fit for the most discriminating foodie,

with the freshest ingredients,

ready in only 15 minutes, start to finish~

Faster and healthier and more delicious than take-out or delivery!

This pizza features Burrata cheese,

Mozzarella’s sophisticated cousin, 

basically a ball of Mozzarella with a creamy, buttery inside,

making it totally dreamy

Prep takes mere minutes

Brush naan with a scant amount of olive oil

Top with 1/2 of the Parmesan,

then Burrata wedges or pieces, and sliced peaches

Pile on torn prosciutto and the remaining Parmesan

Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees

and garnish with basil and balsamic glaze

Summer Peach Pizza with Prosciutto, Burrata & Basil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach sliced
  • 2 naan individual breads
  • 4 oz. Burrata cheese {or fresh Mozzarella} cut into pieces
  • 2 oz. prosciutto
  • 1-2 oz. shaved or shredded Parmesan
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • fresh basil for garnish
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze {available in the vinegar section} optional

Instructions
 

  • Brush naan bread with a little olive oil.
  • Top with Parmesan, Burrata, peaches and prosciutto.
  • Add a little more Parmesan on top.
  • Bake at 400 10 minutes. Garnish with basil and balsamic glaze.
