The theme of the month was Air Fryer recipes
I was only able to make one air fryer recipe
but we have been enjoying using it for cooking snacks
and reheating pizza
and I plan on sharing more air fryer recipes in the future

I made the pecan-maple chicken thighs. I loved it. Rick thought it a LITTLE too sweet but I will probably make it again and just cut back the maple a bit. I thought it was delish as it was!
