Recipe Box, Amazing Stuffed Celery

This stuffed celery is loaded with

3 kinds of cheese, bacon and Ranch seasoning

It’s lo carb and full of so much flavor,

it might just become your favorite lunch, snack or appetizer!

Cream cheese, blue cheese, sharp Cheddar,

Ranch seasoning and bacon…😋

Combine softened cream cheese with the grated cheddar

and blue cheese crumbles {leave these out if you’re not a fan}

Add Ranch* seasoning and mix again

*you can also use dry Italian dressing mix

or Italian seasoning

Add chopped bacon~I like to use scissors for this,

much easier than chopping with a knife

That’s it!

Fill celery sticks and enjoy!

You can make the filling and keep it in a covered container

in the refrigerator

or you can assemble the celery sticks

and put them in a covered container

in the refrigerator and help yourself as desired

This filling will keep for several days

The recipe below fills about 8-10 celery sticks,

increase ingredient amounts to make more

Amazing Stuffed Celery

3 kinds of cheeses, bacon and Ranch seasoning combine to make a truly irresistible filling for celery that you will be dreaming about once you taste it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 2 oz blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 tsp dry Ranch seasoning or dry Italian dressing mix
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 8 3" celery sticks

Instructions
 

  • Combine cheeses, add seasoning and mix in
  • Cut bacon into small pieces and mix in
  • Spread filling into celery sticks and serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator
