Take-out Tuesday, Grape and Pear Salad with Pecans, Cranberries and Bleu Cheese
This salad is made with a little of this and a little of that
from what I had on hand in the pantry and fridge

Red and green seedless grapes, candied pecans,
dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, and pears
It’s tossed with a Maple Mustard dressing
for a sweet and savory delicious salad!

It’s fast and easy too

Everything pictured here is pretty much always
in my refrigerator and pantry

Put romaine {or lettuce of choice} in a bowl
and cut the pear slices* in thinner slices
*if you’re using fresh pear, you can leave the skin on if you want to
and cut it into thin slices

Then cut them into smaller pieces

Put it on top of the lettuce

Wash the grapes and cut in half

Put the grapes in the bowl

Add the rest of the ingredients

If you want to make a grand presentation,
serve the salad like this and then toss it at the table

I tossed it a couple of times and then dressed it
and tossed it again

I keep Maple Mustard dressing on hand too,
it’s good on so many salads

Amazing salad, the only thing I will change, personal preference, would be to use fetta iso blue cheese as I am not a fan of blue cheese.
