Pear & Asparagus Flatbread Alfredo
Happy Mother’s Day!
My son surprised me the other day
with early Mother’s Day flowers and meal!
He is so thoughtful and on days when his boys aren’t here,
he always tries to cook things he knows I will love…

Like this Pear and Asparagus Flatbread!

A crescent roll sheet was spread with Basil Alfredo sauce

Try this Bertolli Creamy Basil Alfredo if you can find it,
it is so good!
He topped the Alfredo with diced pears and asparagus pieces

and then he covered everything with slices of Provolone cheese

12 minutes in the oven and wow!

It was heaven!

He grilled boneless chicken thighs to go with the flatbread
and it was a wonderful meal!

I enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next few days 🙂

An air fryer is great for reheating things like flatbread and pizza

This combination would be wonderful with the addition of bacon,
ham or prosciutto if you want to make it heartier
