Summer seems to be flying by,
and I can’t get enough of all the wonderful fruits
and vegetables available right now!
This month I will be making a lot of vegetable recipes,
especially Zucchini which is the flavor of the month

by using spinach & ricotta ravioli and vegetables
and layering the ingredients in a casserole dish like a lasagna

Good morning, Jenna! Summer is going by too fast! You are making me hungry this morning. All of these dishes look scrumptious. I’m headed to the farm stand this week to get peaches and veggies. I love all of the summertime fruits and veggies! Happy Sunday, sweet friend!
