Recipe Box, Parmesan Ritz Bits Cracker Snacks
At the beach house we have a “snack station” on the kitchen island
With my 4 grands, an always hungry son and son-in-law,
it’s a popular place!
There are jars of crackers, nuts, chex mix, cookies, pretzels
with small plates and bowls handy nearby

It’s located on the kitchen island just inside the kitchen
so you can grab a snack without going to far into the kitchen
The jars are not only user friendly,
they keep the snacks fresh for weeks and weeks!

This week we’ve been snacking on these
double cheese seasoned Ritz Bits crackers
They are cheese filled Ritz Bits crackers that are seasoned with butter,
Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, and then baked

So simple to make too~
Put the crackers into a mixing bowl

Melt the butter and stir in Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder

Pour over crackers in the bowl and stir gently to mix
and coat all the crackers

Place buttered crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet
and cover with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden
Let crackers cool completely and then enjoy!

This recipe is adapted from Findatorr
