Take-out Tuesday, Sliders!
We are a little kitchen challenged right now
I have a built in single wall oven with a microwave unit
and it stopped working
Luckily I also have a toaster oven and an air fryer,
plus outdoor grills,
so we can get by until a new oven unit is installed~
But I was unable to make the recipes I wanted to share this week
š
So…
In the spirit of this month’s recipe bucket list theme,
football food
I rounded up my slider recipes
Sliders are perfect for football watching, busy school night meals
and just about any time!
Let’s start with Cheesy Bacon Party Burgers
These sliders are cooked in the oven
so you can have a delicious burger rain or shine
Mama Mia Sliders will satisfy your Italian food cravings
They are filled with pepperoni,
Bolognese sauce and Parmesan cheese
and the tops are brushed with garlic butter and parsley

Sweet and Sour Chicken Sliders
are made with easy slow cooker BBQ chicken
The chicken shreds easily and is served
on slider buns with pineapple

Sinful Sliders are filled with a creamy cheese spread
layered with ham, bacon and onions
and then the rolls are covered
with a flavorful mustard butter sauce
Picnic Sliders with White BBQ Slaw
are made with chicken that has been marinated
in sweet tea and buttermilk,
then coated with crushed potato chips and baked
and served on a bun with white BBQ sauce and shredded cabbage
Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Pumpkin Aioli
are filled with slices of grilled pork tenderloin
spread with pumpkin aioli,
fresh spinach and bleu cheese crumbles
are filled with ham, swiss, and tangy mustard
and the tops are spread with butter
and Everything Bagel seasoning

So next time you’re entertaining,
or wondering what to have for dinner,
Think Sliders!
I will be joining these fabulous parties and blogs:

Jenna, Donāt you hate when a major appliance goes out? Your Kitchenaid oven/microwave unit is just like ours. I think ours is circa 2008ā¦fingers crossed it holds a while longer. Hooray for grills and toaster ovens. š Your sliders look so tasty. Happy Tuesday! ā„
I think mine is 2004, so you should be good!
