BBQ Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs
Kebabs are a favorite at my house,
so many possible combinations!
You can make individual kebabs
or skewer the ingredients separately
When we made Honey Mustard Chicken and Vegetable Kebabs
the chicken and potatoes went together on the skewers
and vegetables were on separate skewers
so people could take what they liked

Pineapple Teriyaki BBQ Chicken and Bacon Kebabs
are sure to delight everyone’s taste buds~
Tasty teriyaki marinated chicken cubes
skewered with pineapple and bacon,
and basted with BBQ sauce
Not only is this recipe a crowd pleaser
it is also very family friendly
Marinate the chicken in a combo of pineapple juice,
soy sauce, dry onion soup mix, and sesame oil
Load the kebab skewers with alternating chicken,
pineapple and bacon pieces
Sprinkle with salt & pepper or your favorite grill seasoning
HHjr is the grillmaster and he cooked these over a medium high heat
for about 25 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce during the last 5
Everyone’s grill is different
and time will vary due to your grill and size of chicken pieces

Oh I never thought of adding bacon to our chicken kebabs (though we do love pineapple on them!). I had kebabs on our menu tonight but it’s looking like the rain might last all day so I may have to pivot and make a stir-fry instead.
It seems to always start to rain when my son starts to grill, it’s kind of become a joke around here!
Yes, perfection on a stick! Grilling season got a bit better with these sweet and savory bites!
Thank you Mary 🙂
Oh, these look so good Jenna! I wish we still had our old barbecue but we gave it away last summer when we moved. I must just try them in the oven anyway. Thanks for the inspiration and I hope you are doing well!
Thanks Kim, let me know how they turn out!
Jenna, these look so good and the flavor combinations would have to be delicious! HHjr is definitely a grill master! I hope you are having a good week 💕
Thanks Pam, the kids will eat these up!
These look great. I always thought kabobs look so pretty with the alternating colors, etc. but it really isn’t very practical because of the variety of cooking times. Your way not only makes it easier for people to choose what they want, but it makes the cooking process go better.
These sound so tasty Jenna! I love the addition of the bacon with the pineapple and chicken! Hope you’re doing well ♥
Thank you Mary!
