Grilled Vegetable and Couscous Salad  will make you feel so healthy!

Blackberry Farms Squash Casserole is my very favorite version of squash casserole, the secret ingredient is Manchego cheese~

Stacked Tomato Salad is like a BLT without the bread

AND CORN!

Corn is my very favorite summer vegetable, and I had to honor it with this Vegetable Garden Table

I sometimes saute a little corn and add it to a casserole or salad, but I prefer it plain, roasted, boiled or grilled with butter and salt.  Fresh corn doesn’t need any enhancement in my book!

Love your fresh-from-the-garden ideas Jenna! Thanks for the reminder, I need to pull out my Blackberry Farms Cookbook! Our June has been WAY too hot and I’m having to water pots twice a day…
