Everything Pizza Crust Sticks

  • Servings: varied
  • Time: prep: 10 minutes, bake 10 minutes
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

1 can Pillsbury pizza crust dough, or any fresh pizza dough, or prebaked pizza crust

olive oil

kosher salt

Everything Seasoning

fresh rosemary

fresh shaved Parmesan cheese

Shape fresh dough into desired shape and thickness.  I used canned pizza crust dough and folded in thirds and kneaded it together so I had a thicker crust.

Drizzle dough with olive oil and spread into a thin layer over dough.  Sprinkle with a little kosher salt.  Sprinkle with Everything Seasoning, cheese and rosemary.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until dough is cooked and golden.  Cut into thin strips or squares to serve.

Everything Seasoning

1 T dried minced onion

1 T dried minced garlic  [reduce if you want a milder flavor]

1 T poppy seeds

1 T sesame seeds

1 T kosher salt

Mix together and put in a jar.  Shake well to combine.  Use it on toast, breads, eggs, salads, pasta, everything!
