Take-out Tuesday, Summer Sandwiches
These sandwiches are perfect for summer meals
with everyone experiencing hot hot weather,
these sandwiches will hit the spot and keep your kitchen cool

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken & Pineapple Wrap

These are made with slow cooker BBQ chicken and
paired with pineapple, lettuce and green onions in a flour tortilla

Veggie Cream Cheese is a lovely light filling for sandwiches
Small pieces of carrots, sweet peppers, celery,
and green onions are mixed with softened cream cheese

Use a cookie cutter to cut your bread into fun shapes
Spread mixture on bread and top with fresh spinach leaves,
lettuce and sliced cucumber
Garnish sandwiches with cherry tomatoes and green onion

Lettuce Wraps are perfect for summer
These Zucchini, Corn and Bacon Wraps
are filled with a mixture of sauteed zucchini pieces,
corn, and bacon

Tuck fresh blueberries into your chicken salad
for a sweet burst of summer flavor

Jazz up your hot dogs by filling them with onions,
wrapping them in bacon
and topping them with pineapple salsa after grilling

When you’re in the mood for something a little fancy,

Circles of thin bread are and spread with chicken salad
and stacked like a cake, then “iced” with pimiento cheese,
with cucumber slices put around the side

It is topped with a bacon “rose” and garnished with parsley

I use mine all the time to make Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
and grilled cheese sandwiches
