Football Party Ideas

College Football Season kicks off in less than 2 weeks!

Make game day, tailgating, and football watching festive

with these decorating ideas and party foods!

Tie a vase with football Ribbons

Make a Football Tree or wreath with football ornaments,

Ribbons

and things related to your team, or in the team colors

Make a Football Field table topper

Add a Garland over the table and decorate the field

with fake grass and little footballs

Make a flower arrangement using the team colors

This arrangement featured flowers for both teams

playing that day~

red and white for Alabama, and blue and red for Ole Miss

The Ole Miss Rebel man is on the table

along with a red & blue pompom to represent the opposing team

Serve Wedge Salad Dip decorated with your team’s colors or logo~

this one is decorated with chopped lettuce for “the football field”

and cherry tomato A for Alabama

Paint {easy!} brown lunch bags with Popcorn

Set out popcorn and other goodies

for people to make their own snack bag mix

Use a tiered tray and fill it with football

or team themed items and use it for decor or a centerpiece

Make Sassy Sausage Squares

or Sinful Sliders

and top them with a football toothpick

Serve snacks like Grilled Cheese Sandwich Chips

Pimiento Cheese & Sausage Puffs

Antipasto Skewers

and Ditzy Ritz

Put them in a Football Stadium Serving Tray

Make clean up easy using disposable Paper Football Plates

I painted a plain white Tide Pride Snack Helmet several years ago,

but unfortunately I haven’t been able to find another one

BUT!

I did find these Football Helmet Snack Servers

available in many NFL and NCAA team themes

Fill your helmet with Autumn Snack Mix

You can even add the M&Ms in team colors~

buy a big bag and sort out the colors you want

and save the rest (did you know you can freeze M&Ms!)

So, are you ready for some football?

Go Bama!!

Jenna, I can’t believe football is only 2 weeks away! You have so many wonderful and creative ideas plus fabulous food for game day. Roll Tide 🅰️! Love the elephant! 🐘🏈 My sweet Daddy was the biggest Alabama fan ever. He knew all the players from the 50’s on to the present. I will miss his commentary on each game.

    Roll Tide!
I lived in B’ham for a little over a year–that’s where my daughter was born. When I thought about “Roll Tide” I wondered where that came from–well, you can find anything on the internet:

As to your wonderful food, I love it all. I really wish I had a snack bag right now! And the Stadium Serving Tray is great! You outdid yourself on this spread, Bama!

Those are some good ideas, especially the sliders. Coming at the same time as foot ball season is the coming lawsuit between Melania Trump and Hunter Biden, which begs for it’s own party favors and foods. Something sleazy fun like hooker apps and crackpipe nachos, just to name a couple.

Oh my goodness – 2 weeks away, how can that be? Where did summer go lol. You have so many cute and crafty ideas here Jenna and all your snacks and appys look delicious. Love the football helmet filled with potato chips and the football plates. Happy snacking and happy football season to you!

We don’t watch football in my family, but I always look forward to seeing your cute decorations and enjoying your appetizer recipes.

You have so many cute ideas for football themed parties. While we don’t have friends over for football, we do enjoy the games. Our granddaughter is one of the cheerleaders at Notre Dame so we are watching college football more often.

  12. Game days are the best days, and you have given me some grand ideas to fuel up to win!

  13. Very cute ideas for football Jenna. Paul and I are not into football, but I get it. Looks like this would be a fabulous way to entertain people for a football event. I am pleased to feature your fun football ideas at Love Your Creativity.
