Pie crust, peanut butter and chocolate and butterscotch chips… or any combo you can think of!

Roll out one pie crust round so it’s about an inch larger in diameter

The smaller round will be the base.  Use 2 small spoons to make small dabs of peanut butter and space them evenly on the base

Add chocolate and butterscotch chips

Top with larger dough round, tearing excess dough off if necessary to make it fit

Press down carefully between mounds to form rows.  Cut with a sharp knife or pizza cutter

Carefully separate each ravioli and seal edges with a fork

Place them on a silicone mat or parchment lined baking sheet

Brush them with a beaten egg and add sprinkles of your choice
