Recipe Box, Easy Asian Salad

I found this Sesame Dressing from P.F. Chang’s at the grocery store
and just had to try it
P.F. Chang’s is a popular Asian restaurant chain in the United States
They have a whole line of wonderful food products you can buy
to create some of their special dishes right in your own kitchen
See the products and where you can buy them here

I made a super easy and super quick salad with coleslaw mix,
shredded carrots and snow peas, wonton strips and the sesame dressing

All you have to do is quickly steam the snowpeas until crisp tender,
1-2 minutes in the microwave,
then toss them together with the coleslaw and carrots

Top with crispy wonton strips and drizzle with the sesame dressing
