Jenna, lemon curd is a wonderful staple to have on hand and definitely a pot of gold. All nine of these recipes look delicious 🍋
Yesterday, I was in Birmingham for appointments and enjoyed a wonderful lemon semifreddo for dessert. I hope to duplicate it.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️💚☘️
What a day to be in Birmingham, I hope you left before the flooding, it was really bad 3-4pm…Where did you have the lemon semifreddo, Bottega? Sounds wonderful!
We left about 2:15 and ran into heavy rain on 459 but it didn’t last long. Semifreddo at Bottega.
Oh good, I’m so glad you didn’t get in the horrible traffic, later 459 was backed up for miles and downtown was flooded!
Jenna, thanks for all the splendid ways to use lemon curd. I particularly like lemon pie in a jar.
Thanks Bernadette 🍋 I love lemon desserts!
My friend makes her own lemon curd, but I’ve never even remotely wanted to attempt it, so this option is excellent. The leprechauns make it for us! I’ll look for it in the store. Publix? Happy St. Patricks Day to you!
It’s with the jam and jelly section, and I’m with you, let the leprechauns make it! ☘️ 💚
Love lemon curd, what a great round up! Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Jenna!
I like to make my own curd, but I’ve used this brand. It is really delicious and makes me wonder why I bother making my own! So many good ideas Jenna!!!
Thanks Dorothy, I know it’s easy to make lemon curd, but I’ll take a short cut if it’s available 🙂
Nothing wrong with a good shortcut!
I adore lemon anything and lemon curd is a favorite. There’s always a jar in the pantry. I might make those lemon tartlets to take to the kids this weekend. They look like they’d travel well — or at least well enough to get there and I think the boys might like them!
Thanks Jeanie, I love the lemon tarlettes, a bite size treat!
A jar of lemon curd is a jar of gold…how true! Those lemon treats are mouthwatering, Jenna.
Thanks Angie!
Your pot of gold ideas are wonderful. As I sit here sipping my tea, I can imagine a scone to go with my tea and lemon curd.
Thanks Linda, I love lemon curd 🍋
I’ve never though of lemon curd being a pot of gold but you are right Jenna. All of these recipes look and sound delicious! I am adding it to my shopping list so the lemon rolls will be on my table soon.
Thank you Emily, I hope you enjoy!
We love lemon curd Jenna! Such a tasty round up too! I hope CC had a Happy Birthday. ♥
Oh thank you Mary, CC had a wonderful birthday!
I bought a bag of lemons at the store this week, and then wondered why. Thanks for the wonderful reminder of all of the things that lemon curd can do. I make my own in the microwave, and it is magnificent, so I think those lemon raspberry pastries are calling my name.
I have heard it’s easy to make, I need to try, I’m sure homemade is better…enjoy your lemons!
These all look delicious! Thanks for sharing on Crafty Creators!
