So many yummy treats, Jenna. I need to grill some avocados soon. They are just too good.
Thanks Angie, yes those are a treat!
Jenna, I love all of July’s zucchini inspired dishes. I am excited to see Sister Shubert’s lemon bread. I know you are enjoying this 4th of July Weekend 🇺🇸
Me too, I was excited when I learned the recipe was actually Sister Shuberts!
Lovely, inspiring collection–as always!
Thank you!
The empanadas sound amazing!
Thanks Dorothy! Happy 4th!
What an informative post! I have been making LOADS of zucchini recipes lately.Truth be told, I am getting a tiny bit tired of zucchini. I am intrigued by your pimiento cheese flatbread. I just made a new version of pimiento cheese and it is crying out to be used.
That is one of my favorite recipes! In fact I’m making it today to go with BBQ ribs and corn on the cob. Happy 4th Pattie!
Jenna, you are definitely organized! I admire you! These dishes look and sound delicious. Lucky family who gets to sit at your table! Happy 4th of July weekend!
Thank you Sarah, my group loves to eat!

You’re welcome.
All these dishes look amazing and oh I would love one of those pineapple smoothie drinks. It is so stinking hot and humid here Jenna. Mercy, I feel like I will need to go back to work to pay the electric bill soon. LOL! Happy 4th to you and your family and may July bring you wonderful and fun things. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
