A Pumpkin Witch might show up at your door
The likes of with you may not have ever seen before
‘Tis her Season, that’s the reason!
It’s going to be a Frightful Night
But it’s all good news,
the ghosts are just here for the Boos!
There are Ghosts on the Coast too
They love to play around and see what construes
Be careful of Ghosts From Pirates Past
Who knows where they showed up last!
Be careful if you see a Haunted Halloween Mansion
Don’t open the door, it keeps the bats in!
If you are invited to a
Wicked Witch’s Candlelight Supper on Halloween Eve
Be careful, you never know what’s up their sleeves!
And when all is said and done
It’s time to have some Spooky Halloween fun!

I made myself promise I wouldn’t bring out Halloween decor till October. Yikes! It’s October! (And now, going down stairs is a real challenge with crutches or my walking stick.) Hopefully I can bring a few things up, even if I have to “sit” my way down!

Okay, your wonderful fall display of art and decorations, has shamed me into pulling out my Halloween decorations myself. This season is so full of fun and takes me back to days of costumes and tons of loot to be gathered on our rounds. In our neighborhood we have a gathering of women who take one corner and we serve as Goody Central for our neighborhood. There are 5 or more of us, (we are aware that Shakespeare only had 3 witches on his heath, but we love a crowd) and we sit and cackle and hand out candy–it is so much fun! Georgia Gal
