Creations, Last Minute Mother’s Day Gifts
Mother’s Day is coming in just a few days,
and if it has snuck up on you, here are some last minute gift ideas
Flowers are always a great choice,
and why not put them in an unexpected container,
like a cute pitcher, to really make them special
Match the flowers to the container for a wow presentation
Put them in a watering can and she can use it to water her garden
If you want to get crafty,
make a Memory Box with special photos or words
this one was made with a wooden cube from the craft store,
but you could also cover a real box
so she could put special things inside
You can also transform a bottle with decoupage,
These bottles are birthday themed,
but I included them just to show you another bottle look
Add paint, faux flowers and beads to bottles
and add a pretty knob for a stopper
Spray paint bottles in bright colors and add
a pretty ribbon or glue on colored buttons
Make a Monogrammed Frame Mat,
a fast and easy project
Or paint her monogram on a flower pot or 2
Glue some bling, pieces of old jewelry, glass tiles etc.
on a ceramic tray for her dresser or vanity Gold Glamour Tray
Fill a pretty teacup or mug with chocolates,
teabags, coffee mix and various goodies
and wrap it up in clear paper tied with a bow
These were Galentine gifts, but show you the idea
And last, my favorite last minute gift idea,
a basket full of all kinds of goodies…
gourmet food, candies, candles, hand lotion, body cream,
whatever she loves~
I like to go to a store like HomeGoods,
where I first choose a container,
then browse through the store filling it with treasures…
You can even do this at the grocery store
there are plenty of wonderful choices there too
Choose a theme like I’m so Lucky you’re my Mom
Or choose a color and fill the container with color coordinated things

You can even use a pretty towel as the container
Now you’re all set!
