Holidays, Bunny & Carrot Recipes for Spring Celebrations

Easter is just two weeks from today!

Start your celebration with a Cottontail Cocktail

It’s made with cake flavored vodka (or milk)

cream of coconut, coconut extract and coconut flakes

Then dive into Bunny Spinach Dip

You can whip it up in 5 minutes with spinach,

mayonnaise, sour cream and vegetable soup mix

Carrot Dip Garden is another good nibble

and very popular with bunnies

It makes a pretty party presentation too

Use a bunny cookie cutter

to make chicken salad or cucumber bunny sandwiches

Add a cottontail with a dab of mayonnaise or cream cheese

and a white cheese ball

Be sure to try some Whiskey Carrots,

the alcohol in the whiskey cooks off and gives the carrots

a wonderful underlying flavor

Lemon Filled Golden Eggs are hard to resist,

they are full of lemon curd and drizzled with sweet glaze

Coconut Mousse with Bunny Ear Brittle is perfect for a light dessert,

the mousse is made with just four ingredients

and the brittle comes together easily

Cottontail Bunny Bottom Cookies are a must!

Oh Jenna, this is adorable! I love anything bunny and this just makes me smile. The first picture of the flowers with the bunny ears is just so darn cute, and so is your bowl of carrots with the bunny holding the carrot. The recipes sound delicious as always but the cottontail cocktail and the cottontail cookies are irresistible. Going to have to pin this lol it’s all such wonderful Easter and spring fun.
