Let your Slow Cooker help with Game Day!

Football season is in full swing

and that means game day gatherings around the TV

Let your slow cooker do the cooking!

At our house it’s not a party without a dip~

Slow Cooker Loaded Taco Dip is always a crowd pleaser

I like to serve it with Fritos Scoops

because they are perfect for holding a bite size of dip

How about a slow cooker pizza?

Pepperoni & Pineapple Pizza Bubble Up

has cut up canned biscuits instead of a traditional crust,

pepperoni, pineapple, pizza sauce and cheese

This is not exactly finger food 😂

so make sure you have plates and forks nearby

You won’t believe how easy Island Time Chicken Wings

are to make…

Chicken wings go into the slow cooker

and then they’re topped with teriyaki sauce,

orange marmalade, and BBQ sauce

A little messy, but sturdy paper plates and napkins will solve that

Wonderfulyl Wicked Slow Cooker Chicken is almost just as easy

Chicken is put in the Slow Cooker,

sprinkled with Ranch seasoning mix, and topped with cream cheese

After chicken is cooked, it is shredded right into the sauce,

and topped with bacon and cheese

Serve it with slider buns and let guests make their own

Don’t forget something sweet~

Slow Cooker Berry Cobbler is only 3 ingredients!

A box of cake mix, canned pie filling and butter

I have 3 slow cookers, a small one for hot dips,

a regular, 4 qt sized one, and a large 6 qt size

I love to use them for gatherings like this

because they keep everything warm

Don’t forget, you can borrow a Crock Pot

from a friend or neighbor if needed

Go watch the game, the food is taken care of!

Oh, my, those all look delicious! I have a 6-qt slow cooker, which might be big enough for the chicken sliders to feed a crowd, or might not!! That looks so good I think guests might want to lick the crock to get every last bit.

  4. I should never look at your post when I’m hungry! These look great, game day or not!

Love the ease of using the slow cooker…I have many of them…about 5 or 6 and all sizes. Great recipes…just wish my Kansas Jayhawks would have won this week. There is always next week…rock chalk jayhawk! Kari @ Me and My Captain

There’s lots of delicious slow cooker recipes here Jenna, and I just had to pin the “crack” chicken one – looks so yummy. That small slow cooker for dips is a great idea and I’ll see if they have one on Amazon. Thanks for the tip and I hope you have a wonderful week!
