Such a beautiful and fun filled month!

We watched the Kentucky Derby yesterday with friends

and are looking forward to Cinco de Mayo,

Mother’s Day, beach time and Memorial Day

Fry-Tot-To for Cinco de Mayo

We will also be celebrating 2 birthdays…

With so many diverse festivities on the horizon,

I couldn’t decide on a theme or flavor of the month

for this May’s recipe bucket list…

so let’s just say the theme of the month is

Miscellaneous May!

Miscellaneous May is perfect and so much delicious goodness here as always! We watched the Kentucky Derby too. I was excited when Soup and Sandwich came out strong, but that sure didn’t last long. Oh well, it’s always fun to watch either way. Have a nice Sunday Jenna. 🙂

I am going to have to go back and print out a few of those recipes, looks like I missed a few. 😞 I came down with covid on the 9th of April and for 2 weeks it was not a fun time. Finally starting to get my strength back, but it is a fine line between doing / resting / and trying not to over do, ha! I am eager to try some new recipes and you always provide ! Thank you! And yes Happy MAY! 🌼⚘🌾
