Fun Summer Craft & Food Ideas
Summer is in full swing so I have gathered
easy Summer craft and food ideas
for your inspiration
Some are mine and some are from Pinterest~
Time for some Summer fun!
Paint a sign for your porch, patio or entry to welcome summer
Decorate a Seaside Tray and Glasses with seashells and sea glass
and you’ll feel like you’re at the beach all summer long!
You can also make a beautiful charger plate and forks with shells
Father’s Day is coming up on June 18
Celebrate Dad with a Father’s Day tree!
Decorate it with ornaments representing his favorite things
In the USA flag day, June 14, and the 4th of July
are all about the red, white and blue
Put red, white & blue on your table with
this festive flag fruit platter from Passion for Savings
It is made with strawberries,
white chocolate covered pretzels and blueberries
And how about these Fruit Sparklers
from Tastes Better from Scratch,
aren’t they cute?
Set up an Outdoor Serving Station on your porch or patio
with a variety of drinks and snacks
Welcome guests with a cute wreath on your door

is made with a styrofoam wreath and small paper parasols~

You can put parasols in your Cupcakes too
Jazz up your Picnic Basket with paint and ribbon
Make a Watermelon Basket
Fill it with fruit for serving
Or make a watermelon vase and fill it with flowers!
How about some fast and easy appetizers~
Daisy Dip is a bowl of chips topped with a prepared onion dip,
snow peas, chopped peppers and bacon
It makes a fun presentation
You can also Amp Up prepared onion dip
with sauteed onions and bacon
One of my very favorite party appetizers is 5 Minute Mystery Dip
Cream cheese is topped with jam or mango chutney
and covered with chopped green onions, peanuts and bacon
It’s always a hit!
Zucchini Frico is a low carb option~
fast and fun to make and eat
Decorate your table with Watermelon Napkins
Use “seedless” watermelon napkins for dining
Serve up some Watermelon Ice Cream Pie
And Watermelon Cupcakes on a Watermelon Plate!
Speaking of dessert, how about Fisherman cupcakes for Father’s Day
Or a Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake decorated
with red, white and blue M & Ms for the 4th of July
And you have to make a Corn on the Cob Cake
Yes, that’s a cake!
