Jenna, wonderful recipes for a cold January day. I love short ribs and need to try your recipe. I started thinking yesterday that I wanted potato soup, that is what is on my menu tonight. Stay warm and cozy!
Potato soup is perfect for these cold days, we had chili last night and my slow cooker is going to be in constant use this month!
